Meet Traci Parillo – Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
With over 15 years in nursing and more than a decade serving Georgia’s small-town and rural communities, Traci Parillo, FNP-C brings deep clinical knowledge and a personal, grounded approach to every patient she serves. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Traci cares for individuals and families across all stages of life; offering routine check-ups, chronic condition management, acute care, and preventive services that reflect both skill and compassion.
Traci’s healthcare journey began in high school when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2002. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2010, followed by her BSN and MSN at Keiser University, where she graduated as Salutatorian of her class; an early indicator of the clinical excellence and drive that would define her career. After years of hospital, long-term care, and home health experience, Traci joined Thrive Family Practice, where she combines this rich background to provide comprehensive, family-centered primary care.
What sets Traci apart is her ability to bring medical care back to the human level. She’s known for taking time, listening deeply, and treating each patient like a partner. From managing hypertension and diabetes to helping elderly patients navigate aging with dignity, her care is defined by empathy and expertise. Traci is certified to perform DOT physicals, offers pediatric and women’s health care, and is especially skilled in bridging hospital or specialist care back into the clinic setting, making her an anchor in her patients’ health journey.
Her extensive experience in home health and rehabilitation also gives her a practical edge in guiding post-operative patients or those with complex medication or mobility needs. At Thrive, she provides continuity and comfort, helping patients move from illness to healing with both professionalism and warmth.
