Erica Lanier
Family Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Erica Lanier graduated from GSU with a bachelor's degree in nursing and pursued a career as an ER nurse for several years before deciding to advance her career path. She obtained a master's degree as a FNP in 2017 from GC&SU. After working for six years in primary care as an FNP, she decided to open ThrIVe Health and Wellness. Her main goal is to create a close patient to provider relationship where each patient feels their individual needs are being met. Her love for patient care shines through daily as she enjoys caring for children and adults at our clinic. Of all chronic disease processes she encounters, she has a passion for educating and treating Type 2 Diabetes. Mrs. Erica currently resides in Statesboro, GA with her husband and two children.
Traci Parillo
Family Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Traci Parillo has lived near Swainsboro, Georgia for the past 12 years. Prior to moving to Georgia, she lived in Florida where she started out in healthcare as a CNA in 2002, her junior year of high school. After high school, she went on to obtain her associate degree from State College of Florida in 2010. She received her bachelor's degree from Keiser University in 2012, graduating as the class Salutatorian. She returned to Keiser University six years later and completed her master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her years of obtaining an advanced degree, she has gained a vast array of knowledge and experience. She has worked in a variety of settings which include hospitals, nursing homes, home health, and clinics. She has always had a passion for helping others and enjoys getting to know her patients. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Krystal Rogers
Family Nurse Practitioner
After working for ten years as an ICUÂ nurse, Mrs. Krystal chose to pursue a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Krystal graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2019 with her Master's degree in Nursing. She wanted to become more vested in the care and treatment of those that she served in the community. Krystal has a deep compassion and empathy for people and loves helping those who are in need. She believes that the best way to provide quality patient care is to acknowledge each patient's individuality and meet their needs. Krystal enjoys all aspects of family medicine but has a new special love for aesthetics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and shopping. Krystal resides in Claxton, GA with her husband and three children.
